Micro-credential Description
The case management practice micro-credential explores the fundamentals of case management, including its definitions, principles, and phases. Participants will gain knowledge in trauma-informed care, strengths-based approaches, safety planning, capacity building, and ethical, culturally responsive practice.
The course covers knowledge of practical skills, including conducting assessments, developing and monitoring support plans, maintaining confidentiality, navigating professional frameworks and collaborative practices.
