Micro-credential Description

[Foundation Level 3] Drivers within the transport and logistic sector are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, this also includes identifying maintenance issues, working with team dispatchers to plan routes and assist in tracking deliveries. The micro-credential will prepare employees of the transport and logistic sector to utilise the full potential of their mobile devices, including using device emails, recognising spam messages or emails, and taking action to delete or block. It also covers searching for information on the internet and using the search function in a website.
