This micro-credential offers an introduction to the concept of digital transformation, its types and benefits, and explains the fundamentals of digital transformation, including its uses in the work environment. The course will deliver practical tools and tips on how to work within a digitally transforming environment and will provide the necessary foundation on which to build the personal skills of flexibility, adaptability, and confidence.
