Therefore, it is important to have an understanding of what employees’ wants and needs are and how they can be aligned with the needs of the business. During this micro-credential, you will learn how to identify the wants of employees and how to create an inclusive, diverse and positive team culture to attract and retain employees. You will also learn techniques on how to communicate workplace cultures and benefits, both internally and externally.
