Micro-credential Description

The Workforce Management micro-credential will provide participants with the skills and knowledge to manage and lead staff using strategies and techniques to create a positive team environment that enables future growth. Having strong skills in workforce management creates a healthy and productive work environment. This micro-credential will address management strategies, creating team environments, techniques for staff retention, succession planning, and enabling a flexible workplace.
