Supporting young people’s transitions to the workforce has many benefits for both the business and the young person. The Supporting young people in the workforce micro-credential will explore the value young people bring to business and provide practical tips to help them with their transitions. This course covers developing and implementing buddy systems, mentoring, and coaching programs within the business.
