Micro-credential Description

As more and more mature aged workers re-join and remain in the workforce it is important for businesses to support and benefit from mature aged workers. The Supporting mature age people in the workforce micro-credential will explain the values and strengths of mature age workers and techniques used to provide support for attraction and retention. This course provides information on identifying needs, adapting business operations, implementing flexibility, developing mentoring programs and succession planning to ensure the success of the mature age worker and the business.
