The Supporting sexual and gender identities in the workforce micro-credential provides an understanding of equal opportunity, gender identity, sexual orientation and current terminologies. This micro-credential explains developing diverse recruitment practices, strategies to remove gender bias, techniques to adapt current practices and developing inclusive team training sessions.
