Micro-credential Description

The Introduction to essential critical mineral types and applications micro-credential provides foundational knowledge about the importance of critical minerals to Australia’s future growth and prosperity. It discusses basic methods of extraction and processing, defines the characteristics of each critical mineral, and explains their applications and associated risks. The micro-credential also introduces the Australian Government’s Critical Minerals Strategy 2023-2030 and explains how it will expand the critical minerals sector and position Australia as a secure, reliable, and ethical supplier of critical minerals.
