Micro-credential Description

Workers within the construction industry are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of building and infrastructure projects. This includes communicating with supervisors and team members, reporting hazards or issues on site, sharing information such as photos or updates, and assisting with the coordination of daily work activities.

This micro-credential will prepare construction workers to utilise the full potential of their mobile devices to support workplace communication. This includes downloading and using mobile applications (apps), managing contacts, and using communication tools effectively on both Android and Apple devices.
