Micro-credential Description

Workers within the construction industry are responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of building and infrastructure projects. This includes communicating with team members, sharing information and updates, and assisting with the scheduling of work activities and meetings.

This micro-credential will prepare construction workers to utilise the full potential of their mobile devices to support workplace communication and coordination. This includes capturing and sharing quality images of site conditions, using automatic responses to manage communication when unavailable, participating in online discussions, and using digital calendars to organise and manage work tasks.
