Completion of this micro‑credential does not meet the accreditation requirements set by Solar Accreditation Australia for performing battery installations or conducting licenced electrical work, please ensure you follow all licencing and regulatory processes in your state or territory.
This course is designed for knowledge enhancement only and do not qualify learners to carry out electrical work. Electrical work or electrical installation must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Micro-credential Description
The installing battery storage to power conversion equipment micro-credential provides information on essential knowledge and practical skills required for the safe, compliant, and effective installation and maintenance of battery storage systems.
Participants will explore protocols and installation techniques, as well as hazard identification, risk control, documentation, testing, and environmental considerations.
